For the first time, a prestigious prize is given by an Israeli institution to an Arab surgeon – doubly touching for Dr. Amin Jaafari, as he's perfectly integrated into Tel-Aviv, where his talents are appreciated by family and friends. The next day, terror strikes. As he's operating on the children who have been victim to the attack, he finds out that his own wife may have been the suicide bomber.
